Left after the 21 minute length of wait time initially shown had been achieved and the wait time still indicated 19 minutes. Part way back home it said a stylist would be ready in 10 minutes. Walk-ins welcome is, at the very least, misleading. Had the website not refused to accept a sign-in from my phone, I’d have had a haircut by now. But I’m not going to kill time waiting when I have other things to do.

Used to get great cuts AND service....running place to thin. Supposed to see Shelby in 20, then 24, 28, then 40 and you guessed it they couldn’t add spell or read! Wanted me to wait for one more guy. Will never be back. Been going since they opened...so much for being a generous tipper and an MVP....what a joke! Doubt they post this warning to others....sad degeneration of a good business, big on relationships...
