After getting the worst hair cut ever at a sports clip competitor. I came to sports clips where Tonja fixed my hair . She is very professional and skilled at her craft. i will be seeing Tonja in the future.

I came in specifically looking for Zoey. The manager Tonya straight up lied to me saying Zoey got let go or fired. Which in reality she switch locations. Which is so unprofessional because Zoey is 1000% the best stylist they had there. my stylist was to busy talking to the manager Tonya. Rather than paying attention to cutting my hair. Ruined my haircut claimed she could fix it but just made it worse. I came in the next day trying to resolve the issue with the store manager. The store manager Tonya had a poor attitude and gave me dirty looks after I told the assistant manager my issue. She tried saying I was the issue. No refund wasted $35 on a trash of a haircut. Didn’t even offer for a free cut in the future or even giving me my money back. I will never be back. Rude to customers, when a stylist confronts a co stylist about consumer issues she tried fighting my favorite stylist. Which in turn made her leave and switch locations. This is the worst salon I’ve ever seen you need to completely overhaul from manager down. I’ve tried emailing and calling corporate no response. So unprofessional

My Stylist, Zoey, not only crushed it with a fabulous cut, but had me smiling when I left after a TERRIBLE week. She’s great with the scissors and clippers, but knows how to talk to her clients to ensure a pleasurable experience. I will be back, and I’ll request Zoey every time she’s working.
